Training content
In order to improve the service to customers, Wyn-Tech implements training that depicts employee skill improvement inside and outside the company, we are trying to improve and create technology.
Technical training
Even though it is not a technology that we use everyday, we will execute it if we think it is necessary. We are considering at the general meeting in the direction to implement if hope rises from employees.
Social training/Overseas training
We train the real economy centering on the manufacturing industry using games and also instruct the creation of financial statements. In addition, our work has become globalized in recent years, and I often go overseas business trips and study trips. Visiting countries that have been visited include Poland, the United States (Indiana State, Georgia State), Mexico, China, Thailand and the Philippines.
Acquire license of Electrical worker
We will acquire the specialized knowledge and skills necessary for electric construction and give guidance on acquiring national qualifications.
